I am a UX and UI designer, and I am always fascinated by how specific colours, forms, lines, shapes, and textures can influence our decision-making process.
With over 3 years of expertise in designing within the government sector and banking services, I have built a strong foundation in understanding user needs and translating them into intuitive and engaging designs.
I am currently working at the Department of Communities and Justice as a User Experience Designer, curating accessible and inclusive digital experiences for diverse and vulnerable communities in NSW.

My story
As a first-generation Vietnamese-Australian, I’ve grown up bridging cultures, often supporting my family with language and technology. With a background in Psychology, I’ve volunteered at a child abuse prevention service, interned at a psychology clinic, and worked for 3.5 years in government-based workers’ compensation, supporting vulnerable customers.
These experiences have deepened my understanding of others and inform my approach to designing inclusive, user-centred solutions.
Design starts with a good problem. Let’s team up and turn yours into something clear, usable and effective.
While I work from Sydney, distance isn't a barrier; call me Mr. Worldwide 😎
